365 días para volver a ti (365 days to return to yourself) Living in coherence and expanding from a place of fullness.
A year-long journey, day by day, to step out of autopilot, recognise what is happening inside and return to your centre before responding to life. These are not 365 loose reflections: it is a progression.

What a day looks like
Six moments, always the same
Every day repeats the same structure. Not to turn it into routine, but so that the practice does not depend on deciding each morning where to begin.
Repetition is what turns consciousness into a stable disposition rather than an occasional concept.
Five minutes are enough
-
Arrival
A brief pause to stop, feel the body and observe the breath without trying to change it.
-
Mantra of the day
A single sentence, in the first person, that distils the day’s work and can be recalled throughout the day.
-
Reflection
The central text. It develops the theme without asking you to adopt a correct idea: it observes how that theme already takes part in everyday experience.
-
Expansive questions
Three questions for self-observation. They open rather than confront: they are not written for anyone to judge themselves by.
-
Conscious intention
A small, concrete practice for the real day. With curiosity, not as a test of perfection.
-
Closing
You return to the breath and gather up the day. It ends where it began, without demanding that the state be kept.
Day 1 · Arriving in this moment
I am here. This moment is my point of return.
We often live a few minutes ahead of our own lives. While we are in one place, we are thinking about the next. While we talk with someone, we are anticipating what we will answer.
Returning to ourselves does not mean abandoning our responsibilities or no longer thinking about the future. It means remembering where life is happening.
Presence does not need to be an extraordinary state. It begins with something much simpler: noticing that we have drifted away.
Over the course of this year we will not try to stay centred all the time. We will try to develop something that may be more useful: recognising ever more clearly when we move away from ourselves, and learning to come back. Again and again.
The centre will not be a place where we can settle forever. It will be a place we can return to.
Excerpt from day 1 · 365 días para volver a tiThe journey
Twelve parts that progress gradually
It begins by strengthening presence and self-observation. It then goes deeper into our relationship with the ego, emotions, fear, attachment, coherence and trust. And it leads, step by step, towards fullness, purpose, love, contribution and flourishing.
Returning to myself
Observing without judging
Choosing coherence
Integrating the ego
Trusting
Inhabiting fullness
Loving without abandoning myself
Listening to intuition
Creating and prospering
Living with purpose
Expanding towards others
Flourishing
The first part, Returning to myself, covers the first thirty days and lays the foundation for the journey: coming back to the present, recognising inner experience without judgement, and developing a more conscious relationship with attention, the body and the breath.
What it proposes
From autopilot to expansion
The journey does not ask you to swap one state for another all at once. It names the starting point, the work in between and where it can open up.
| From autopilot | To consciousness | Towards expansion |
|---|---|---|
| Reaction | Observation | Choice |
| Fear | Discernment | Trust |
| Control | Presence | Openness |
| Disconnection | Coherence | Authenticity |
| Lack | Sufficiency | Conscious abundance |
| Outer achievement | Inner fullness | Purpose and contribution |
Expanding consciousness does not mean reaching a permanent state of perfection, positivity or freedom from fear.
Before you buy it
It helps to know what it is and what it is not
It is a brief practice sustained over a year. Better to say so here than later.
What it is
- A progressive journey of consciousness, where each part builds on the one before.
- A brief practice you can apply to daily life, not a retreat or a course.
- An invitation to observe, integrate and choose, with questions that open rather than demand.
- A bridge between inner life and concrete decisions, relationships and priorities.
What it is not
- A collection of positive quotes, or a demand for spiritual perfection.
- A denial of fear, of the ego or of difficulty: here they too are material for consciousness.
- An escape from everyday reality, or a rigid formula.
- A substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
It does not set out to tell you what to think
It sets out to help you develop a more conscious relationship with what you think, feel, choose and create. One day at a time, for a year.
