Who processes your data

What data is collected and why
- Email address and name, when you voluntarily sign up for the audiobook priority list or for any communication from the project. Purpose: to let you know when the works are available and to send you content related to the philosophy (in Spanish).
- Answers from the practice tools, such as the Paradigm Test or the Coherence journal, when you choose to save them or link them to an email address. Purpose: so that you can recover your own record.
- Browsing data, only if you accept the measurement cookies: pages viewed, where the visit came from, type of device, approximate country and how you move through the page. It does not include your name, your email address or what you write in the forms or in the Journal. Purpose: to learn which content is useful and to improve the website. Tools: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (details in the cookie policy).
- Approximate country, inferred from your IP address on your first visit and only if you have not yet chosen a language. Purpose: to show you the website in Spanish, English or French. Your browser queries a free external service (api.country.is or, if it does not respond, get.geojs.io); the result is stored only on your device, it does not reach this website and it is not associated with your name or your email address.
No special categories of data are collected and no profiling with legal effects is carried out. No activities are directed at minors.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by submitting the form or, for browsing data, by accepting the measurement cookies in the website's notice. You can withdraw it at any time, including from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of each page, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
For how long
Browsing data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and for 30 days in Microsoft Clarity recordings. Contact data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and, after you unsubscribe, for the period needed to address any possible legal liabilities. Your practice records are kept until you request their deletion.
Who else may have access
Service providers acting as data processors, and only in accordance with instructions: the web hosting provider, the email delivery platform, and the automation and spreadsheet tools used to store the records; and, only if you accept the measurement cookies, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity). Their parent companies in the United States are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Simply write to prensa@concienciaexpansiva.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can contact the competent supervisory authority.
Security
Reasonable measures are applied to protect the information. No system is infallible: if a breach occurred that posed a risk to your rights, you would be notified in accordance with the applicable regulations.
