The origin

Is suffering necessary in order to evolve?

The Philosophy of Conciencia Expansiva did not come from a definitive answer. It came from a question that kept growing within me: is suffering necessary in order to evolve?

I understood the deep value of that path. Healing matters. Acknowledging what we have lived through matters. But something in me kept asking whether that was the whole story.

I stopped seeing it only as a story that needs to be healed and began to regard it as a possibility that needs to unfold.

The question does not deny the value of pain: it questions its exclusivity. From it came a body of work that today rests on several books and a practice.

El Gran Tratado Filosófico

The Great Philosophical Treatise: eleven books and 59 chapters, one of them entirely devoted to its own limits.

Vision

A philosophy that can be put to the test

It does not ask to be believed. It invites you to observe, practice, test and keep thinking.

Conciencia Expansiva proposes that human development does not begin only in the wound: beauty, gratitude, creativity, learning and contribution can also foster it. No experience transforms anyone on its own; what matters is the quality of the conscious relationship with what we live through.

Marjorie does not present it as a finished truth, but as a framework that distinguishes between philosophical proposal, hypothesis and evidence-based knowledge, and that disagreement helps to revise and refine.

The method, in eight movements

  1. awaken
  2. observe
  3. integrate
  4. regulate
  5. listen
  6. create
  7. expand
  8. contribute

The Conciencia Expansiva Method® is a philosophical and educational proposal. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical, psychological or professional care.
