Edición Integral · Nivel 1 (Complete Edition, Level 1)
Conciencia Expansiva Foundations, theory and practice for human flourishing.
Thirty chapters that propose another way of understanding human development: not only as the repair of what has been wounded, but also as the unfolding of a possibility. Observing, integrating and giving direction to your own experience.
First edition, 2026. Complete Spanish edition, digital and print.
Where it comes from
Is it necessary to suffer in order to evolve?
This philosophy was not born from a definitive answer. It was born from that question, which kept growing until it became an entire body of work.
The path of healing matters. Acknowledging what you have lived through matters. That journey is real, and this work does not seek to diminish it. But something kept asking whether that was the whole story, or whether human development could also begin before the crisis, in possibility and not only in the wound.

What it contains
Five parts, from the question to contribution
The work moves in order: first the framework, then the architecture of experience, then the laws, the practice and the effect on what we share.
-
The awakening of a new consciousness
Why the old answers stopped being enough. The great misunderstanding of human development, the four paradigms we live from, and ten founding principles for flourishing.
Chapters 1 to 6
-
The architecture of human experience
The body, the emotions, the mind, the ego, intuition, vital energy, relationships and the environment, treated as an integrated system rather than as separate pieces. From fragmentation to integration.
Chapters 7 to 18
-
The laws and the models
What it means to speak of laws within a philosophy, and what it does not mean. The twelve laws of Conciencia Expansiva, how they relate, their limits, and the models that make them navigable.
Chapters 19 to 22
-
From understanding to practice
Consciousness needs practice. The nature and purpose of the Conciencia Expansiva Method, its eight movements, the modules of the process, and a whole chapter devoted to ethics and safety.
Chapters 23 to 27
-
From flourishing to contribution
When personal development stops being a private matter. Consciousness in human systems: education, health, work, family and technology.
Chapters 28 to 30
Before you buy it
It helps to know what it is and what it is not
It is a book of philosophy written to be read slowly, not a manual for quick results. Better to say so here than later.
It is for you if
- You want to understand human development as a framework for thinking, with defined concepts and stated assumptions.
- You have already done personal work and are looking for an architecture that brings order to what you have been understanding piece by piece.
- You prefer a proposal that recognises its limits over one that promises certainties.
- You want to move from understanding to practice with an explicit method, not with scattered advice.
It is not for you if
- You are looking for a quick fix or a programme of guaranteed results within a set timeframe.
- You need medical, psychological or therapeutic care. This work does not substitute for it or replace it.
- You expect energetic or causal explanations of illness, loss or structural conditions. You will not find them here.
- You want a light read. These are thirty chapters of argumentative work.
A philosophy deserves to be read not because it promises to explain the whole of life, but because it offers questions, distinctions and orientations that can help us inhabit it with greater lucidity. From the prologue · Conciencia Expansiva, Edición Integral
The author
Marjorie Espinosa
Author of the Philosophy of Conciencia Expansiva and the Conciencia Expansiva Method. Her work proposes understanding human development not only as the repair of what has been wounded, but also as the unfolding of a possibility.
This Nivel 1 is the gateway to the Corpus. Beyond it lies El Gran Tratado Filosófico (The Great Philosophical Treatise), the academic work that puts the same architecture to argumentative scrutiny.
I do not present these pages as a finished truth
I offer them as an architecture for thinking, for testing against your own experience and, if something resonates, for practice.
